Iran movie ‘MAAT’ unveils second official poster

The second official poster for the Iranian director Saba Kazemi’s movie ‘MAAT’ unveiled.

Written by Saba Kazemi, the movie had a special screening at São Paulo International Film Festival in Brazil in 2016 and won the Special Jury Prize of the Brazilian event, known as Special Award Abbas Kiarostami.

‘Maat’ narrates the story of Iranian families who face numerous economic problems after the US-led sanctions against Iran.

The movie is a doc-fiction about families from different towns deciding to migrate to the capital in the hope of solving their financial problems.

Jaleh Balameh, Aghil Bahrami, Aban Askari, Minoo Maleki, Meysam Karimpour and Nima Kazemi star in this movie.
